Privacy, without an asterisk.

QRMe processes your selected text, images, and decoded QR contents locally on your Mac.

QRMe collects nothing

The app has no user accounts, analytics, telemetry, advertising SDKs, or cloud backend. It does not transmit selected text, images, or decoded QR contents.

Opening links is explicit

If a QR code contains an HTTP or HTTPS address, QRMe can show an Open Link button. The link opens only after you choose it. Your default browser—not QRMe—then handles the request under its own privacy settings.
